As a parish led by Vincentian priests, we will have the opportunity to express our support of the Vincentians on the weekend of September 22/23. The Kenya mission is growing. The Vincentians have been assigned to shepherd five parishes and 24 outstations. Already 31 Kenyans have been ordained as Vincentian priests to serve the poor in Kenya. As a parish we have helped the Vincentian mission in Kenya in many ways. These past years, we have established a Parish Mission Program, build a new church, built a well , provided transportation for priests, provided formation for young priests and much more.

In two weeks, you will be asked to help the Vincentians continue this important mission as it grows. GIVE THE GIFT OF WATER—Your generous gift will help provide clean, stable water to more than 6,000 people at St. John Paul II and Our Lady of the Assumption Parishes in Kenya. You can make a positive and immediate difference in the lives of the poor served by the Vincentians.
