The Patroness of the United States is the Blessed Mother Immaculately Conceived. Ordinarily December the 8th the Feast of the Immaculate Conception is a Holyday of Obligation, however this year as it falls on Sunday and the 2nd Sunday of Advent takes precedence, the Feast is moved to Monday December 9, however the obligation to attend is not moved with it. We will have our ordinary Mass schedule on the 9th of December 6:30 and 8:15 am, but encourage all to consider coming to Mass that day to honor the Blessed Mother.
