The Homecoming Picnic cannot be a success without YOU!

COME TO OUR NEXT MEETING  on Tuesday, April 29th at 6pm in the lower level of the parish office building

We’ve listened to the suggestions and we’ve secured more rides, rides geared toward teens/adults, and more attractions and events; a mechanical bull, a corn hole tournament, an escape room, just to name a few. This comes at an increased cost, so we are hoping that you will answer the call to get involved. The more the merrier. Let’s build community, have a great time together and build SUCCESS!

We are looking for someone to Chair a Vendor Fair in the Gym. This person would be the contact person responsible for table/space reservations. Payment for rental space would be processed through the Parish Office.

We are looking for someone to Chair the Homecoming Sponsors. This person would be responsible, along with their committee, for calling on local businesses, friends, family, co-workers to secure Sponsorships for the Homecoming Picnic. Each Sponsorship level comes with various packages that include t-shirts, Advertising multiple ways (name/logo on website, signs, t-shirts and even the big ferris wheel the day of the picnic).

Please consider one of these positions or perhaps you are considering another committtee that would be instrumental in making this event a HUGE success!
