Step By Step Instructions for St. Catherine Laboure Volunteers

Volunteers under the age of 18 must complete the Code of Ethical Coduct for Minors form, sign and return it to the Parish Business Office.

These requirements are mandated by the United States Council of Catholic Bishops and are followed by every diocese in the country. The policies are the Church’s attempt to ensure the suitability of all adults who work or volunteer around your children.

If you have taken these steps at another Parish in the Archdiocese of St. Louis, please contact Sue Baumgartner. Use the Authorization to Transfer Information Form to request a transfer of your documents to St. Catherine Laboure Parish.
