Hope Amongst Economic Stress Presentation

St. Catherine Laboure Parish’s Faith and Justice and Ladies of Charity invite you to a poverty simulation at Hope and Faith amidst Economic Stress on Wednesday, Oct. 1, beginning at 6:30 p.m. with Rich LaPlume, Director of DePaul St. Louis USA.  Representatives from Prosperity Connections (a non-profit financial service) and Credit Empowerment Program will explain the criteria necessary to qualify for their programs to achieve financial health after a setback. Prayer and advocacy opportunities are included.  The evening will increase your awareness of how unexpected hardship can easily lead people to financial problems from which they can’t recover without support.
