2023 Fall Sports Information

2023 Volleyball/Soccer

 Registration is OPEN

SCL CYC Soccer and Volleyball is open to boys and girls who either: reside within the defined parish boundary, attend the St. Catherine Laboure Day School, or are registered St. Catherine Laboure Parishioners.

Instructional Volleyball will be offered for boys and girls entering 1st or 2nd grade for the 2023-2024 school year. This is an instructional team that will practice weekly learning the basic fundamentals of volleyball but will not participate in league play. Each player will receive a shirt to use for their practice time.

CYC Volleyball is open to boys and girls entering 3rd - 8th grade for the 2023-2024 school year. Players must meet the eligibility criteria listed above to register to play for St. Catherine. If you have questions on eligibility or have other volleyball related questions, please contact Whitney Burkey at <sclvolleyball@gmail.com>. Teams will practice once weekly and will play a game schedule to be determined by the CYC Central Office. Registrations received prior to May 1st will be considered on time. Please register in a timely manner to assure roster placement.
 

Pre – K and Kindergarten Instructional Soccer will be offered for boys and girls who are 4 years of age by August 1, 2023 or are entering Kindergarten for the 2023-2024 school year.  This is an instructional team that will practice weekly learning the fundamentals of soccer and will participate in weekly game in an in-house league. Games are played at St. Catherine Laboure on Saturday and Sunday afternoon.

CYC Soccer is open to boys and girls entering 1st - 8th grade for the 2023-2024 school year. Players must meet the eligibility criteria listed above to register to play for St. Catherine. If you have questions on eligibility or have soccer related quetions, please contact Matt Stockmann <mattstockman3@gmail.com> for boys or Lauren Fuchs <lmfuchs@yahoo.com> for girls. Teams will practice once weekly and play a game schedule to be determined by the CYC Central Office. Registrations received prior to May 1st will be considered on time. Please register in a timely manner to assure roster placement.

LATE REGISTRATION: All online registrations received after the deadline of April 30th,  will be assigned to rosters on an as-needed basis and are subject to a $100.00 family late fee. You will then be contacted by the Lay Director or Registration Director if a roster opening is available. If we are unable to assign your child to a team, your registration fee and late fee will be refunded.
