VBS (Vacation Bible School)

VBS at St. Catherine Laboure this year was a fun SCUBA adventure and 153 children were able to dive into friendship with God! We were blessed to have over 50 volunteers of all ages leading and teaching at different stations and classrooms. Our students learned Bible Stories, applied the Gospel of John to their lives, sang songs of praise, and played with friends. Our children made over 150 bags for little patients at Children’s hospital and we collected food for the Affton food pantry. They also made cards for a medical mission trip to Honduras and did good deeds to raise over $350 for the Kwetu Home of Peace and Rehabilitation Centre in Nairobi.
