MomCo - Celebrating Motherhood

What is MomCo?

Here at MomCo we are on a mission to celebrate motherhood. We build circles of women who care for each other like family, because raising humans is beautiful and hard, and having each other to lean on is life-giving. That’s why we connect moms all over the world to a community of women, in their own cities, who meet to laugh, cry and embrace the journey of being a mom. This is motherhood, and together we can change the world in all the best ways.

MomCo encourages and equips moms of young children to realize their potential as mothers, women, and leaders, in relationship with Jesus, and in partnership with the local church.

What is SCL MomCo ?

The MomCo Meetup at St. Catherine Laboure provides mothers with children ages birth through elementary school with an opportunity to share faith and friendship, explore areas of creativity and hear instruction that equips them for the responsibilities of family and community. Every meeting has a specific topic: instructional, service, or just a social agenda. Childcare (called KidCo) is provided during Thursday morning meetings.

In addition to bimonthly morning meetings, there are events throughout the year to continue to build bonds within the group. These include playdates, book club, Bible Study, mom's night outs, and family events.
