Inspired by Gospel values, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, a Catholic lay organization, leads women and men to join together to grow spiritually by offering person-to-person service to the needy and suffering in the tradition of its founder, Blessed Frédéric Ozanam, and patron, St. Vincent de Paul. The St Catherine Laboure Conference of the Society of St Vincent de Paul is one of over 140 Conferences in the St Louis Archdiocese. We focus on service to the poor in our parish boundaries.

Members offer person-to-person involvement by visiting in pairs with those in need in their home to provide assistance in a confidential and nonjudgmental manner. Assistance is provided in many areas including, housing, utilities, furniture, food, transportation, but no service is specifically outside or our scope. We often work with other organizations or direct to additional resources.

We believe that visiting with our neighbors, providing assistance and just being there is living out the Church’s mission of being the face of Christ in the world.

The Conference meets twice monthly. If you think you may be called to this mission, or if you know someone who needs confidential assistance we may be reached at:
