TODAY IS GIVING TUESDAY
GIVING TUESDAY is Nov. 29 this year. After the craziness of Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday shopping, Giving Tuesday is a day for people across the country to think about their communities and help those they don't know. Since its inception 10 years ago, the movement has raised billions of dollars for nonprofit organizations across the nation.
What better place to pay it forward than right here at St. Catherine Laboure, a parish inspired by the charism of St. Vincent DePaul.
If you are unable to donate financially at this time, you can give in other ways: volunteer your time and talents, donate goods, and last but not least BE KIND to others.
