Watch for the SCL Annual report and raffle tickets in your mail box in the next week.
The parish staff thanks you for your ongoing generosity.
A special note from the Financial Manager:
Please allow me to take a moment of your time to share a note of gratitude.
Over the last 18 months, many of us have suffered losses ranging from small inconveniences to losing loved ones. We pray for those we have lost, those who survived and those who are still struggling mentally and physically.
Despite the losses, we did not lose our faith, our hope or our generosity. There were certainly days and sleepless nights of panic and fear of the unknown. As the financial manager of St. Catherine Laboure, I want to thank you for the unrelenting financial and spiritual support of our parish. Your prayers, notes, snacks, signs and your contributions have kept the parish stable and growing. You have made my job easy and I cannot express how appreciative I am.
My family has been at St. Catherine Laboure since 1978, I am a 1985 graduate of SCL school and all three of my children have graduated from the school as well. My connection to this parish runs deep, giving me a feeling of heightened responsibility to ensure that we are here for future generations.
As you can see by our year end financial statements, we are in good shape going into 2021-2022. What you can’t see on the statements is the feeling of relief and genuine gratefulness for your love, support and generosity.
